Players Looking For A Team

If you are a player who would like to participate in adult league tennis in Baton Rouge and need to find a team let us help you find a team. There are two ways to find a team, please see instructions below.

  1. Get Listed on the “PLAYERS LOOKING FOR A TEAM” list on the GBRCTA website.

Players looking for a team: Teams can add players all season! Players looking for a team can fill out the players looking for a team form for the league you are interested in joining to be listed on the GBRCTA website.

Teams looking for players: To view list of players looking for a team (click here). Also, you can receive emails when players seek a team in TennisLink. When registering your team check the box to receive emails.

  1. Go to Leagues Homepage

  2. Under Seeking a Team?, click Find & Register For A League

3. If you are an existing player, login with your Email and Password

4. If you are a new player, click the Sign up link to create an account

Note: New players or players with expired rating will be prompted to complete the League NTRP self-rate

5. Edit Filters as needed

6. Browse leagues that best fit you

7. Click SELECT to choose league(s)

8. Click NEXT button to advance to Select Team page

9. On Choose your teams page, select your team and proceed through steps to register.

10. If selecting a team that is currently not open, enter your Seeking a Team message to connect with your local league coordinator

11. Click SEND MESSAGE

Note:

  • Any team captains seeking additional players have also been notified.

  • If you are successfully placed, you will receive an email with further instructions. You may need to purchase a membership and/or pay fees.
