AGE DIVISIONS (like league)
As the entries and draws allow, we will have separate 18+ and 40+ age divisions, similar to USTA league, to better accommodate "seasoned" players

FORMAT
Round Robin, three matches guaranteed
Traditional men's and women's doubles, 18+ and 40+ age divisions
Men's Doubles: 3.0, 3.5 & 4.0
Women's Doubles: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 & 4.0

MATCHES
Start at 6 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday; Sunday's schedule TBA. All players guaranteed three (3) matches.

FUN / FOOD / DRINK
Free beer, snacks, soft drinks, sports drinks, and water all weekend
Friday night dinner and music
Saturday breakfast and lunch
Sunday breakfast and lunch

ENTRY FEE (Early registration savings)
$70 per person through Sunday, Sept. 30
$80 per person after Sept. 30

ENTRY INFO / DEADLINE
Players may not enter more than one level or age division.
Entries will be accepted until Thursday, Oct. 18, @ 5 p.m., unless Round Robin pools are full before then. The tournament director may extend or limit registration, depending on the number of teams per level, age division and/or round-robin pool.

DRAW / POSTING
The draw may be limited to a certain number of teams per level, age division, and round-robin pool. The draw will be posted by Tuesday, Oct. 23 @ 5 p.m. online at www.brwta.org/hallowheel. No refunds will be issued after the draw is posted.

PRIZES
Awarded to the winners or each round-robin pool or to the winners of playoffs, whichever occurs, depending on the draw.

NOTES
If an event is canceled, entry fees are considered a charitable donation and will not be refunded. Each team must enter the division at which the higher-rated member plays. The tournament committee reserves the right to reclassify a team, in which case the team will be notified.
